After discussion, W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the request for
rezoning to M-1 and annexation of the approximately forty acres of Busse
property covered by the Public Hearing. It was seconded by Bill Shannon.
Vote was unanimous.
The balance of the meeting was spent discussing the proposed annexation
and rezoning to M-1 of the approximately 208 acres south of Devon, East
of Tonne, and north of Thorndale.
