Members present were:

W. R. Ballard
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
plats on Centex Industrial Park Unit 114. It was seconded by
Dick Potker; vote was unanimous .
The Chairman notified the Commission of a Public Hearing to
be held on December 19 on property located north of Higgins
Road. Official notice has been mailed to each member.
Frank Dillon moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
plats on Centex Industrial Park Unit 113. W. R. Ballard seconded
the motion; vote was unanimous.
Mr. Gayle Bantner arrived.
Frank Dillon moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
plats on Centex Industrial Park Unit 112. Bill Shannon seconded;
vote was unanimous.
Jack Denney moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
plats on Centex Industrial Park Unit 111. W. R. Ballard seconded;
vote was unanimous.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
plats on Centex Industrial Park Unit 110. Frank Dillon seconded;
vote was unanimous.
Jack Denney moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
plats on Higgins Road Commercial Unit 46. It was seconded by
Gayle Bantner; vote was unanimous.
Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
on Higgi=;s Road Commercial Unit 45. Dick Potker seconded it;
vote was unanimous .
