R. Ballard W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of Docket 68-9. It was seconded by Frank Dillon. On the vote, Bill Shannon abstained. All other members voted in favor. Tom Hamilton moved for the approval of Docket 68-7. It was seconded by Gayle Bantner; vote was unanimous. The Chairman notified the commission that there was a proposal before the Village Board for 208 acres south of Devon, east of Tonne Road to be annexed to the Village as M-2 industrial. As of this date, no formal request for a hearing has been presented to the Plan Commission. W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of Centex Industrial Park Unit 98. It was seconded by Tom Hamilton; vote was unanimous. W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of dedication for a public road for Lively Boulevard and Chase Avenue. It was seconded by Tom Hamilton; vote was unanimous. Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of the fifth addition to Elk Grove Village, Section #12. It was seconded by Tom Hamilton. Vote was unanimous. Tom Hamilton moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of dedication for public roads Crossen and Seegers.
