The Chairman reminded the Commission of the Public Hearing scheduled for
September 19, 1968.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the plat of vacation of Mollerdino's
2nd subdivision in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park Unit #2. It was
seconded by W. R. Ballard; vote was unanimous.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the final plat of dedication of
Mollerdino's 3rd subdivision in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #2
subject to a revised plat showing a ten-foot rear easement. It was
seconded by W. R. Ballard; vote was unanimous.
Jack Denney moved for the approval of the plat of vacation of Miller's
subdivision, Lot #32, in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #2. It
was seconded by Gayle Bantner; vote was unanimous.
Jack Denney moved for the approval of the final plat of dedication of
Miller's 2nd subdivision in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit '62
subject to a revised plat showing a ten-foot rear easement. It was
seconded by W. R. Ballard; vote was unanimous.
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the final plat of Johnson's sub-
division in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #2. It was seconded
by Gayle Bantner; vote was unanimous.
Tom Hamilton moved for the approval of the final plat of Troch-Mc Niel
2nd subdivision in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #2. It was
seconded by Jack Denney; vote was unanimous.
Jack Denney moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats
of Centex Industrial Park, Unit #93. It was seconded by Gayle Bantner;
vote was unanimous.
