Members present were:

W. R. Ballard

Jack Denny
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the final plat of Brickvale Sub-
division and the acceptance of the plat of dedication of Brickvale Drive
provided said plats are revised to show a cul-de-sac, and also recommend
that the Village Board grant a variance on the length of the said cul-
de-sac. The motion was seconded by Tom Hamilton; vote was unanimous.
W. R. Ballard moved for the plat of vacation of United Lane and also the
plat of dedication of United Lane. It was seconded by Frank Dillon. It
was pointed out to the Commission that this was necessary due to a sur-
veyor's error on the original plat of dedication. The vote was unanimous.
Jack Denny moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats
of Centex Industrial Park, Unit #90. It was seconded by Frank Dillon;
vote was unanimous.
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats
of Centex Industrial Park, Unit 1191. The motion was seconded by Tom
Hamilton; Vote was unanimous.
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats
of Higgins Road Commercial Unit #44. The motion was seconded by Jack
Denny; vote was unanimous.
