Members present were:

Jack Denney moved for the approval of the preliminary plat of Cardinal Court
Apartments. It was seconded by W. R. Ballard; vote was unanimous.
Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of
Reimers Industrial Park provided the conditions as outlined in the June 20
letter to the Village are met. It was seconded by Jack Denney; vote was
unanimous.
Jack Denney moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of
the Colebrook subdivision: seconded by Leah Cummins : vote was unanimous.
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final on Higgins
Road commercial subdivision, Unit #41. It was seconded by Gayle Bantner;
vote was unanimous.
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final of
Centex Industrial Park, Unit #86. It was seconded by Jack Denney; vote
was unanimous.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the preliminary and final of Centex
Industrial Park, Unit #87. It was seconded by Leah Cummins; vote was
unanimous.
Jack Denney moved for the acceptance of the plat of dedication of Lively
Boulevard plus the plat of grant from Commonwealth Edison and Chicago
Pipe Line. It was seconded by Leah Cummins; vote was unanimous.
W. R. Ballard moved for the acceptance of the plat of dedication of Crossen
Street from Higgins Road to the Commonwealth Edison easement plus the plat
of grant from Commonwealth Edison. It was seconded by Jack Denny, vote was
unanimous.
