R. Ballard Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman Tom Hamilton reported on the meeting of the Area Plan Commission. Frank Dillon moved for the approval of the final plat of Miller's Subdivision in Devon-O-Hare Industrial Park, Unit 2. Leah Cummins seconded it; vote was unanimous. Leah Cummins moved for the final on Mollerdino's 1st Subdivision in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #2. Frank Dillon seconded it; vote was unaimous. Leah Cummins moved to accept the plat of dedication for United Lane. W. R. Ballard seconded it; vote was unanimous. Frank Dillon moved for the approval of the final plat on Lasiewiz Subdivision in Devon-O'Hare, Unit #2. Leah Summins seconded; vote was unanimous. W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the final plat of the Moellerdino's 2nd Subdivision subject to village board's prior acceptance of United Lane. Tom Hamilton seconded; vote was unanimous . Frank Dillon moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of the fourth addition to Section #12. Jack Denny seconded; vote was unanimous. Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of Centex Industrial Park North Unit #8. Jack Denny seconded; vote was unanimous. Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the preliminary and final on Higgins Road Commercial subdivision Unit #39. Tom Hamilton seconded; vote was unanimous. The Commission will withhold approval of the preliminary and final plats of Higgins Road Commercial Subdivision Unit #40 awaiting village/§S6'?@gal in- terpretation concerning decrease in the parking area. W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final on Centex Industrial Park Unit #83. Frank Denny seconded; vote was unanimous. Jack Denny moved for the approval of the final plat of Elk Grove Village Section 16. Frank Dillon seconded it; vote was unanimous. Respectfully sub itted, W. R. Ballard, Secretary
