JPZ COMMITTEE MEETING

JPZ Members Present: Chris Prochno, Village Trustee, Chairman

Staff: Maggie Jablonski, Assistant Village Manager
Ron Raphael, Engineering Supervisor
Guests: None.
1111 Chase
The Committee discussed the petition by CP Logistics to resubdivide the property at 1111 Chase
& 1201 Chase from the existing two (2) lots into one (1) lot. The existing site consists of a single
building built across two parcels.
The Committee noted that they had received comments with no objections from the Departments
of Public Works, Community Development, Fire and Police.
M. Jablonski stated the purpose of the petition was to clean up the lot lines for the site of a tear -
down rebuild.
The Committee asked if there were any issues with utilities or rights -of -way from the
resubdivision. R. Raphael stated there were no issues.
The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the approval of the petition.
The meeting adjourned at 4:47 p.m.
