The members present were:

The Commission reviewed the tentative plat of Rogers Industrial Park.
They will take it under consideration until the meeting of October 19,
or in the event a special meeting is called will not discuss it unless
prior notification has been given to the developer.
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final of Higgins
Road Commercial sub-division, Unit 28; seconded by Jack Denny; vote was
unanimous.
Jack Denny moved for the approval of the preliminary and final of the
Higgins Road commercial sub-division, Unit 27; seconded by Leah Cummins;
vote was unanimous.
The Commission referred the plats on Centex Industrial Park, Unit 71, to
the Village Manager for clarification on the overlap of lots.
The Chairman notified the Commission of a request from Gottlieb for a
Public Hearing to change the classification from M-2 to B-1 to permit
the construction of three stores and an office building. The property
is located at the intersection of Higgins Road and Nicholas Boulevard.
The Chairman notified the Commission of a request for a pre-annexation and
re-zoning hearing for approximately 30 acres located on the north side
of Devon Avenue west of State Road. The zoning classification is requested
as R-3.
Mr. Zizzo requested the Plan Commission' s opinion on the annexation of 26
acres located at Bisner Road extended to Devon Avenue. The proposed use
would be multiple and single family dwelling units.
The Chairman reminded the Commission that the Village Board requested a
recommendation of the proposed lighting fixtures in Section 15.
