. The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Jack Denny
Gayle Bantner
W. R. Ballard
Jack Denny moved for the approval of the preliminary and final on Centex
Industrial Park Unit #63; W. R. Ballard seconded; the vote was unanimous.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the final on the Johnson-Jonswold
subdivision in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park Unit #2 subject to the cor-
rection of the easement measurement or explanation thereof. The motion was
seconded by Steve Schwellenbach; vote was unanimous.
Jack Denny moved for the approval of the preliminary and final of Centex
#65. W. R. Ballard seconded it; the vote was unanimous.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the final of the Bryant Hall sub-
division in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #2. W. R. Ballard
seconded it; the vote was unanimous.
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the final plat showing the ten-
foot easement for public utilities located 1,335 feet west of Elmhurst
Road on Pan-Am Blvd. extending southerly 225 feet and then easterly for
265 feet. It was seconded by Gayle Bantner; vote was unanimous.
The Chairman notified the commission that meetings will be held in the future
beginning in September on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 8 P.M.
The next meeting however, will be held Thursday, August 17 at 8 P.M. , at which
time Commision members are to have written comments concerning the comprehensive
plan.
