The Plan Commission has approved the following plats, subject to the approval of the Village Engineer. if Bantner 1 . Jonswold Subdivision in Devon-O'Hare Industrial .Von S Park Unit #2. " Von S 2. Bert Rapp 's Subdivision in Devon-O'Hare Bantner Industrial Park Unit #2. Denney Von S 3. Neradt's Subdivision in Devon-O'Hare Industrial Denney Park Unit #2. Von S " Bantner 4. Centex Industrial Park Unit 61 (Official Zoning map indicates a branch of Salt Creek may cross this property) . Bantner The developer of the apartments in the Cypress-Elk Von S Grove Blvd.-Ridge area has submitted a revised plat which, in the opinion of the Plan Commission, is a substantial and desirable improvement over the plat previously approved by the Village. This view is apparently shared by some of the residents of Brook- haven Drive, according to the information received by the P. C. Chairman from the developer and certain residents of Brookhaven Drive. The Plan Commission has been advised that the. developer, in addition to setting back the apart- ment structures from the existing single family units, has also agreed to install a fence along the entire southern boundary of the apartment development. However, the proposed plat does not indicate that a fence is to be installed at this location. F - 2 - Consequently the developer has agreed to submit a letter to the Village agreeing to install such a fence. It is expected that said letter will be received prior to the Village Board meeting of June 13 . In view of the foregoing the Plan Commission recommends that the subject plat be accepted, provided the Village Attorney considers the aforementioned letter satisfactory. As the alternative, the Plan Commission suggests the proposed plat be accepted provided the developer agrees to show the fence on the proposed plat. S. C. SCHWELLENBACH mw
