PLAN COMMISSION MEETING May 9 , 1967
The members present were:
Jack Denny, Acting Chairman
Leah Cummins
Leslie Knudson
Bill Ballard
The meeting was devoted to a discussion of the re-zoning from R-1 to R-3
of the 1100 acres. In addition, the height regulation on fences in con-
nection with the proposed ordinance was discussed.
The question on sidewalks in the industrial park could not be answered, and
it was suggested it be referred to the building department to ascertain
from them why no sidewalks have been required since the Commission was of
the opinion that the Village required sidewalks in all developments.
