The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman

Bill Ballard
Jack Denny
A discussion was held concerning the selection of a president pro-tem during the
forthcoming absence of Chairman Schwellenbach. Jack Denny was so nominated by
Leah Cummins, Bill Ballard seconded it; vote was unanimous.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the re-zoning of approximately 6.9 acres
on the southwest corner of Rt. 83 and Landmeier Roads from M-2 to B-2 in accord-
ance with the Public Hearing held April 27, 1967. It was seconded by Jack Denny
and the vote was unanimous.
Leah Cummins moved for the approval of the final plat on Ward's Sub-division in
Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park Unit 2. It was seconded by Gayle Bantner; vote was
unanimous.
The Commission reviewed the final plat of Jonswold Sub-division in Devon-O'Hare
Industrial Park, Unit 2; since it appearEdthat a rear easement was not shown, the
plat was sent back to the developer.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the final plat of Lincoln Subdivision
in Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #2. It was seconded by Leah Cummins; vote
was unanimous.
