PLAN COMMISSION MEETING December 13 , 1966
The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Bill Ballard
Gayle Bantner
Jack Denny
A discussion of the preliminary plans of the Elk Grove Apartments
on 32.935 acres was held. It will be given further consideration
at a later meeting.
Jack Denny moved for the approval of the pre-annexation zoning
of the property west of the Grove Shopping Center , south of
Biesterfield. It was seconded by Gayle Bantner; vote was unanimous.
Jack Denny moved for the final of the plat of Lurie 's Subdivision
in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #2. Bill Ballard
seconded it ; vote was unanimous.
Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
plats of Unit #13 of Higgins Road Commercial. It was seconded
by Jack Denny. Vote was unanimous.
