PLAN COMMISSION MEETING August 23 , 1966
The members present were:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Jack Denny
Leslie Knudson
Gayle Bantner
Jack Pahl
Bill Ballard
also George Majoris
Bill Ballard moved for the approval of the plan of dedication
of Bennett Street from Arlington Heights Road east to Gaylord.
The motion was seconded by Jack Denny: the vote was unanimous .
Les Knudson moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
of Centex Industrial Park Unit #48. It was seconded by Jack
Denny and the vote was unanimous .
Les Knudson moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
of Centex Industrial Park Unit #49. Jack Denny seconded; the
vote was unanimous.
Les Knudson moved for the approval of the preliminary and final
of Centex Industrial Park Unit #50. Jack Denny seconded: vote
was unanimous .
Jack Denny moved for the approval and acceptance of the dedication
of Greenleaf from Lively Boulevard to Road 83 which included 696. 88
feet of Lively and also for the approval of Centex Industrial Park
Unit #51 , subject to the receiving of a $25 ,000 performance bond
for public improvements . It was seconded by Gayle Bantner and the
vote was unanimous .
Jack Pahl moved that the consideration of the Bolger plat be tabled
until a discussion could be held with the village manager , village
attorney and the building department. It was seconded by Gayle
Bantner; the vote was unanimous.
The chairman notified the Commission that the next m4ingw be
one week from Thursday at 7 p.m.
