The following members were in attendance:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Leah Cummins
Dick Mc Grenera
Bill Ballard
Lesley Knudson
Gayle Bantner
also George Majoros , Frank Ellis of Tec-Search, Inc.
Al Walla and Tom Rettenbacher
Les Knudson moved to reject the preliminary plat
of Centex Industrial Park - North, Unit #2 , since
fifty-foot backyard requirements for lots west of
Nicholas are not met. Leah Cummins seconded it , and
the vote was unanimous .
It was suggested that in the letter to the Board of
Trustees regarding the rejection that it be indicated
the Plan Commission would approve the lots east of
Nicholas since they do not abut residential zoning
provided that the lots east of Nicholas be submitted
on a separate plat.
The remainder of the meeting was spent discussing the
zoning ordinance.
