The following members were in attendance:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Leah Cummins
Dich Mc Grenera
Bill Ballard
Jack Denny
also , George Majoros
Leah Cummins moved and Jack Denny seconded the
approval of the preliminary and final plats of
Centex Industrial Park, Unit 104, Lot #207. It
was unanimously approved.
Chaitman Schwellenbach was directed to write a letter to
the Elk Grove Village Board stating that the Plan
Commission would be receptive to the idea of developing
the land along Route 53 as industrial instead of residential.
