The following members were in attendance:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Gayle Bantner
Leah Cummins
Jack Denny
Bill Ballard
After discussion, Leah Cummin moved and Gayle Bantner
seconded approval of the preliminary and final plats
of Unit 30 , Centex Industrial Park. It was unanimously
approved.
The Commission is to give notice of the public hearing
to be scheduled at 8 p.m. on October 27 , 1965 on the
Centex petition to rezone from M-2 to M-1 the strip of
property approximately 350 feet deep, on the east side
of Tonne Road extending from approximately Landmeier
Road to Pratt Boulevard.
