AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-4-5-2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE BY
ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ADJACENT TO ADLAI STEVENSON
SCHOOL
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-2 of the Village Code be and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
Armstrong Lane, between the south property line of 1405 Armstrong Lane, two hundred
forty-two feet (242') up to the west property line of 1400 Hodlmair Lane.
Section 2: Any person violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject
to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars
($500.00) for each offense.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is directed to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in pamphlet form according to law.
