The following members were in attendance:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Leah Cummins
Dick Mc Grenera
Gayle Bantner
Lesley Knudson
Bill Ballard
also , Jack Pahl and George Majoros
Met with Tec-Search, Inc. representatives , George Justus
and Frank Ellis and discussed various items for clarifi-
cation and change in proposed zoning ordinance. Chairman
Schwellenbach requested the attached memo be made part of
the minutes .
Chairman Schwellenbach was directed to write a letter to
the Village Board of Elk Grove Village requesting them
to show approval in writing on the proposed Cook County
Plan Commission.
Chairman Schwellenbach was directed to write recommending
that the Cook County Zoning Board of Appeals not grant
B-5 classification as requested by Berthold due to the
broad classification outlined in B-5 and because of the
remaining residential characteristics of the surrounding
property.
After discussion, Dick Mc Grenera moved and Leah Cummins
seconded the motion to approve the preliminary and final
plats of Unit 29 , Centex Industrial Park. The vote was
unanimous in approval.
