Present: Vice-Chairman Knudson, R. McGrenera, J. Denny, G. Bantner,
S. Schwellenbach, and Jack Pahl.
The preliminary plan of Section 14, revised 6-3-65, was reviewed and on
motion by R. McGrenera, seconded by J. Denny, was approved by unanimous vote.
Patters open on the agenda were discussed and the following action taken:
Berthold I+iursery: After discussion McGrenera made motion that the Village
Board be notified - that the Plan Commission recommends no hearing be held
on Berthold property until Tec-Search has submitted its recommendation
and a revised zoning ordinance has been enacted. Seconded by J. Denny.
Unanimous vote for approval.
j Devon - O`Hara Industrial Park (Street Dedication): Advise Village Board
that Plan Commission is awaiting further report from developer before vote
on plot.
Cook County Zoning Board Case P?o. 892: Advise Village Board that Plan
Commission did not object at hearing on basis that subject property was
too far -removed from Village.
Les Knudson resigned as Vice-chairman. Knudson nominated McGrenera as
candidate. No other nominations being made a vote was taken. McGrenera
elected Vice-chairman by unanimous vote.
It was the consensus that a letter be sent President Pahl requesting rep-
resentatives of the Village Board to discuss the school situation in Section
14 with the School Board.
Revised goals and objectives prepared by Tec-Search were reviewed. L. Knudson
made motion that goals be sent to Village Board with Plan Commission approval.
Seconded by G. Bantner. Vote of approval was yinanimous.
Secretary was directed to arrange for publication of notice of hearing on
the zoning ordinance change re airport zoning to be held July 28 at 8 P.M.,
Meeting adjourned at 6 P.M.
