PLAN COMMISSION
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 10, 1965
Present were:
Jack Pahl, Chairman
Gayle Bantner
Jack Denney
Richard McGrenera
George L. Majoros, Village Administrator
It was moved by Dick McGrenera and seconded by Jack Denney to grant approval
to the final plat of Centex Industrial Park Unit 24. On a viva voce vote
all voted in favor.
The "Rules of Organization and Procedure" dated March 10, 1965, were adopted
as presented and serve as a guide for the conduct of future public hearings.
Action on approval of the preliminary plat of Centex Industrial Park Unit 25
was withheld until additional information could be obtained on the exact
location of the storm sewer near the east edge of the lot in this plat.
The Village Administrator felt that a drainage easement should be shown on
the plat to cover the storm sewer.
