PLAN COWUSSION
OCTOBER 21, -1964
Meeting Held: Hone of Les Knudson 8:30 P.M.
The preliminary plat of Unit #23 of the Centex Industrial Park was
scrutinized and approved.
There was k--general discussion of the rezoning requests on the 'north-
east corner of Arlington Heights and Devon Ave. and the northwest
corner of Arlington Heights and Devon. The conclusion that was
finally reached was that we would reccammend that the northeast corner
be zoned entirely R-3 and likewise for the northwest corner. The
preliminary plat of Neighborhood #7 was discussed briefly and no
conclusion was reached as to whether the sbhool and park site should
be combined or exchanged.
Minutes of all previous meetings were read and approved as submitted
by the Chairman of the Plan Commission.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
