PLAN COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER I, 1964
MEEM14-G HELD: Conference Room - Village Hall 7:30 P.M.
MEPMERS PRESENT: Les Knudson and Jack Pahl
It wa.s decided to recommend to the Village Board the final approval of
Plat 17 in Centex Industrial Park. The only differences from the
Preliminary Plat were in numbering of two lots.
Time did not permit the final approval of the Check List and this item will
be held over until the next meeting.
Les Knudson took for study the quadrangles of Elmhurst, Palatine and
Arlington Heights. Les will make a study of these maps and make a report
to the Plan Commissi6n.
This point of the meeting, at the request of the Plan Commission Chairman,
the following Village Trustees joined the meeting to discuss Docket x#757
the Corra Property South of Oakton and West of State Route 83; Dillon,
Lewis and Mullen, also present was the reporter Joan Lorenson from the
Elk Grove Herrald.
Copies of the Tec-Search letter relative to this property were distrib-
uted to the participants. After discussion it was agreed that the conclusions
of the Tec-Search Organization were valid and that they would therefore be-
come the recommendations of the Plan Commission. The conclusion of the
Tec-Search Report is that the subject property should not be rezoned until
such time as the Comprehensive Plan of Elk Grove Village is completed and
adopted.
The meeting adjourned at 10:10 P.M.
