PLAN COMMISSION
August 10, 1964
MEETING HELD: Conference Room - Village Hall 7:30 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Jack Pahl MEMBERS ABSENT: Les Knudson, R. Snell
Because of an insufficient number of members present for the Plan
Commission meeting it was not possible to take any action except as
follows:
1. At the request of the Village President in his recent
memorandum re: The northeast corner of Devon and 83,
it is the recommendation of the Chairman of the Plan
Commission that the area should be approved as out-
lined in the Zoning ordinance text page 14 and 15.
2. Re: Docket , 772 & #773• The Chairman of the Plan Comm-
ission can find no objection to the proposed professional
medical offices located on the north side of Algonquin
Road about 328-1-feet west of-Arnold Kohart extended.
3. Re: Docket #757. The Chairman withheld making a formal
report to the Village Board pending a conference frith
the Centex officials and the Plan Consultant, M. Eugene
Baughman.
The Chairman called the next Plan Commission Meeting for 7:30
P.M. , August 17, 1964 in the Village Conference Room.
