December 2, 2009

Petitioner:
Chairman Glass called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Item 1: Approval of the Minutes
Commissioner Henrici questioned the acreage calculation of the initial lot size at 1400 Busse, and the
acreage calculation of the two new lots listed on page 2 of the September 16; 2009 meeting minutes.
Commissioner Henrici motioned to approve the September 16, 2009 meeting minutes with the above
noted changes. Commissioner Ayers seconded the motion. Upon Voting (Ayers, Henrici, Paliganoff,
AYES, Glass, Thompson, Geinosky, ABSTAINTED) the motion carried.
Item 2: Pending
The Assistant Village Manager updated the Commission on the status of the petition for a Special Use at
865 Nicholas Boulevard. The petitioner submitted their application for staff review and comments were
sent back to the petitioner on Tuesday, October 27, 2009. To date, the petitioner has not responded to
staff review comments.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
