Spring Business Matters
After a brief discussion it was the consensus of the Committee to approve the Spring 2010
Business Matters Newsletter. The newsletter will arrive at businesses prior to the May 1, 2010
Coffee with the Board.
Build America Bonds
After a brief discussion, it was the consensus of the Committee to approve the recommendations
from the Capital Improvements Committee to move forward with several build -ready projects in
the amount of over $13 million dollars, to be funded by Build America Bonds or General
Obligation Bonds. The Committee also recommended sending a letter to each business along the
streets that have been proposed for rehabilitation about the construction. The Village will go to
bid on these items immediately and move forward with the projects as quickly as possible.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
