ABSENT: C. Trump, Chief Miller, Fordon, Rogers, Ryan

Minute's approval for January 21, 2010 & February 21, 2010 postponed
Correspondence/Members to be: None
Chairman's Report: Ballot counted results (votes): Ryan 61, Sharp 60, Kelly 51, R. Denna 47, Fordon 38,
and McVeigh 38—Top three vote getters will serve 2 year terms: Ryan, Sharp, & Kelly. The next three will
serve 1 year terms: Denna, Fordon, McVeigh
Vice Chairman's Report: None
Secretary/Treasurer Report: $503,140.12

- Education Committee: Nothing
OLD BUSINESS
a. Status of remaining items being purchased: All 2009-2010 purchases completed
1. Currently paying the cost for 1 Firefighter to attend Paramedic school
2. Elk Grove Fire History transferred digitally: Tedious job, Mike Rogers will be awhile
3. Fire Station Sanitizing: Station Sanitizing completed
4. 02 Cascade System sta. 9 & 10: Completed but, need short hoses & Pods for small 02 cylinders
S. GPS: Received 8 from MABAS, FFIB purchased 8additional : GPS's put on all front line
apparatus, reserves and specialty vehicles, pickups, and the Com Van
6. Cable TV: Comcast Cable TV upgrade is complete
7. Elections for a `New' board: All current (10) sworn members running for the 6 Foreign Fire
board positions on the new board (7 with the Chief)
NEW BUSINESS
a. Approval of election results
b. Election of: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasure—put off until next meeting with new board.
