Secretary/Treasurer Report: $503,140.12 (approximately with tax receipt)

OLD BUSINESS
a. Status of remaining items being purchased: All 2009- 2010 purchases completed
1. Hurst Tools Quick Connectors—Chief had explanation letter of why connectors cost more than budget.
Now advised in addition to 5 Alarm, Air One sales the connectors, Fordon will seek more quotes
2. Station 8 grill purchased
3. All Paramedic school expenses completed
2011 -2012 Budget items approved so far:
1) Boot/Glove Dryers $1000 to purchase 2 for each station
2) Intubation Head $2800 for station 9 & 10
3) Complete Duct cleaning$1000 for station 7 Boiler System type ducts
2010 -2012 Budget Items tabled until follow-up
1) Wireless/Wi-Fi access in the Fire Stations—
2) 2nd Large Flashlights for Apparatus: A check with B/C Stecki and Fleet—determined there
wouldn't be a problem if installed
3) Purchase of the smaller Hurst power units —Lt. Fordon will report/follow up on this items
2011 -2012 Additional Budget items considered:
1) Recognition Board —Approved item to be added to the budget, $1000
NEW BUSINESS
a. 2011 -2012 Budget suggestion review and voting
b. November 18, meeting probably will be cancelled
c. 2011 board member elections will begin
