Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 10, 2009, this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The 2009 Health Insurance renewal memo was sent out and it was an increase of only 3.3% for
the Blue Cross/Blue Shield self-insured plan.
It was the consensus of the Board to approve this increase.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
