Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 10, 2009, this Executive
Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Liquor Commission reconvened the hearing for the Attitude's Restaurant on Tuesday,
March 10. The attorney representing Attitude's Restaurant presented videotape where one of the
witnesses was showing the bartender something in his wallet. The same witness testified that he
was not carded while at the restaurant.
Attitude's was fined for not listing their managers with the Village and required to pay for the
Court Reporter and Attorney fees. The restaurant's lawyer testified that Attitude's would
purchase a machine to check licenses.
At 7:03 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
