Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 14, 2009, this Executive Session
was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Mayor updated the Board on the plans to create a temporary employment program for
Village residents in need. The new building created an additional 105,000 square feet to
maintain. Employees of this program will work 2 days a week, and will still be eligible to collect
unemployment. The program will last approximately 15 weeks. This program will give the
Village and Public Works time to experiment with the maintenance of the new building. The
Public Works Union has no issues if the program is seasonal and part-time. It was the consensus
of the Board to put together a program plan.
