PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 14, 2009, this Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s) of review for release: November 2009 Date of approval for release: April 14, 2009 6:04 p.m. Litieation It was the consensus of the Board to streamline the fee for tobacco sales licenses to $1,000.00 for all businesses selling tobacco. The tiered tobacco license system is no longer necessary since the State adopted its smoking ban. The new tobacco license will also end the litigation by IRMA against Elk Grove. The meeting was adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
