Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of
the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 28, 2009, this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager updated the Board on the Stimulus Temporary Employee Program. He stated
that Human Resources is reporting over 500 people have recently applied for the janitorial position in
Public Works. Due to the announcement of the STEP program at the Board Meeting, Human
Resources is planning to utilize the previous Village Clerk's counter to prepare for the anticipated
applicants this week.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:29 p.m.
