The meeting was called to order by President'Thompson at 6:30 p.m. Present ;
were'Diemer, Greenberg, and Celia. Absent,wa.s Stone.

Old Business
Greenberg presented to the Board the election results from the Trustee election
held on April 18, 1994.
56 ballots cast, 112 votes
Myles Greenberg 49 votes
Craig Celia 31 votes
Ken 'Deters 29 votes
John Otzwirk 1 vote
Rick Mason 1 vote
John Suarez 1<vote
A motion was made by Diemer, seconded by T ompson, to accept the election results.
Motion carried,

Diemer received pricing on Zero Coupon Bonds from Treasurer Hilda'Ingebrigtsen.
Diemer will meet with her this''week'to instruct her as to what to sell.
A portion of the profits will be invested with Robert Loucks Investment firm, and
also with The Guardian.
New Business
A motion was made by Diemer to;appoint Greenberg as Acting Secretary until the
July meeting when the Board shall appoint the positions for all of the `Board 'members.
Motion was seconded by Thompson. Motion carried.
No further business was conducted.
President Thompson announced the next Board meeting would be held on July 12, 1994
at 6:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Thompson to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Diemer.
