Beckers Specialty Corporation is proposing a resubdivision at 2526 Delta Lane in order to expand their existing operations across the existing two parcels. Beckers operates an industrial facility that specializes in high quality coating used for industrial metal siding and roofs. The consensus of the Committee was to recommend approval of the resubdivision and to bring this recommendation to the Village Board. Duke Realty 1300 Busse Road Assistant to the Village Manager Joe Carey presented a memo dated July 6, 2012 outlining the proposed resubdivision of 1300 Busse Road, formerly 1350 Estes Avenue. Duke Realty is proposing a resubdivision at 1300 Busse Road to create a two lot subdivision on the property. Duke Realty plans to tear down the existing building and the subdivision will allow for two separate buildings to be Iocated on the property. Duke Realty intends to develop the eastern 11.67 acre lot for a 230,000 square foot industrial warehouse and office building. The consensus of the Committee was to recommend approval of the proposal and to bring this recommendation to the Board.
