President Ambrose called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. Present were Greenberg,
Torres, Moody, Parrin, and Tromp.

Craig Celia's annual evaluation is due soon. The Board discussed whether to send him
back to Dr. Obolsky due to the cost of last year's evaluation. It was decided that
Greenberg will attempt to obtain an estimate of the cost of an evaluation from Dr.
Obolsky, since it would not be an initial consultation with Celia, and report to the Board
at the July meeting.
Tromp indicated the Village will provide the Board with the final Actuarial Report for the
Fund in August so the Board will have the figures for the October meeting, and then
properly request a tax levy from the Village.
