""Thi'°meeting was called to order by. President Thompson at 6:40 P.M. Present'
were Diemer, Greenberg, Skonie, Hilda Ingebrigtsen, and Jeff Stone. Absent
was Mason.
Hilda Ingebrigtsen presented the treasurers report which includedbalance
sheet dated March 31, 1994, and disbursementregister. Motion made by Diemer
to accept treasurers report, seconded by Skonie. Motion carried.
The Board received the payout information for John Cooper.
Date hired: 10-15-90
Date admitted into fund: 11-06-90
Date resigned: 11-22-93
Date paid: 01-31-94
Amount paid: $8606:82
Motion was made by Diemer to accept payout information,' seconded by Skonie.
Motion carried.
Motion was made by Diemer to consider deferred annuitants neither eligible to vote
for or be elected to a position on the Elk Grove>Village Police Pension Board, as
has been the Boards past pattern and practice. Motion seconded by Skonie.

Motion was made by Greenberg that those active participants interested in being
elected to the Board on election date of April 18, 1994 have their names placed
on the ballots`. These members were Myles Greenberg, Craig Celia and Ken Deters.
Motion seconded by Skonie. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Diemen commending Don Skonie for his four years of service on
the ;Board, seconded by Thompson. Motion carried.
No further business was conducted. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by
Thompson, seconded by Diemer. Motion carried.
The next meeting will be held May 10, 1994 at 6:30 P.M.
