Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 19, 2016, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Police and Fire Commission is changing the way the hiring process is handled, creating a
"rolling" hiring list and group interviews to expedite the process. Fire Department Secretary
Debbie Weber is going to start working full time for the Fire Department and a Human
Resources staff member will act as the liaison for the Fire and Police Commission.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
