Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 16, 2016, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Parade Committee is seeking additional members to help do the necessary preparation work
for the annual event. There are three pending applications and Trustee Czarnik would like to accept
all three. The consensus of the Board was to allow additional members to be added to the Parade
Committee.
