called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Daily Herald filed a FOIA request for the personnel file of retired Police Officer Dave
Klingsporn. The reporter was aware of recent disciplinary issues involving Klingsporn. The Police
Chief will meet with a representative from the Daily Herald to discuss their request and whether
the scope of the request can be narrowed.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:12 p.m.
