of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 16, 2016, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

The Village Manager has been invited to participate in a program regarding innovation and
disruptive technologies in government. This is a prestigious event, which will take place in Dublin,
OR In order to take part in this event, the Village Manger will forgo his trip to the national ICMA
conference.
