Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 16, 2016, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Board discussed the response to IMRF regarding the questions on pension eligibility for
elected officials. The consensus of the Board was to affirm that the position of the Village Trustee
still required 1,000 hours of work. Otherwise, the request from IRMF is not following state
statutes.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
