Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 27, 2016, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

The Board was advised that the Village still owns right-of-way behind the homes on the west side
of Cheltenham. The Mayor requested staff to explore how the Village can go about vacating the
right-of-way to the incorporated homeowners. The consensus of the Board was to have staff begin
researching on how to vacate the right-of-way to the incorporated homeowners.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:19 p.m.
