Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 11, 2016, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Manager met with the Executive Director of the Elk Grove Park District to discuss the
possibility of swapping Hansen Park, currently owned by the Village, in exchange for the Village's
acquisition of the Park District's ownership of the 16% of land and building at the West Side Public
Works garage. The Park District is receptive to the plan.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:36 p.m.
