Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of
the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 11, 2016, this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Police Department has five new recruits, two of whom failed the initial "power" test to enter
the Police Academy. When the two recruits who initially failed were retested, one passed the
retest and the other failed. The 4 recruits who passed the test will be attending the Police
Academy.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:37 p.m.
