Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of
the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 11, 2016, this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
A new federal law, which requires that employees with an annual salary of less than $47,476
must be counted as an hourly employee, goes into effect December 1. There are two full-time
employees in EGTV who are fall below this threshold and will need be converted from salaried
to hourly employees. As hourly employees, they will be eligible for overtime, however their
schedules are arranged so that overtime is rarely required.
