consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
Ken Jay, Engineering Supervisor in Community Development, is leaving the Village for a new
position in St. Charles. Ron Raphael, currently Staff Engineer for Community Development, will
likely replace Ken as the Engineering Supervisor.
