Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 25, 2016, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

I-.- Land Acquisition
Discussions have continued with the Elk Grove Park District about swapping Hansen Park,
currently owned by the Village, in exchange for the Park District's rights of the 16% of land and
building at the West Side Public Works garage. The Park District has voiced some desire to gain
addition land for their Frisbee golf course adjacent to the Public Works Garage, but have been
informed that the Village will require the entire site for our use.
