Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 15, 2016, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Park District has approved the permanent land swap of Hansen Park, which is currently owned
by the Village, for the Park District's 16% of the land and building at the West Side Public Works
Fleet Garage. Village staff are preparing plans for updating our existing Public Works Fleet
Garage and adding additional storage. Once this facility is updated, it will be possible to begin
work on the Meacham Fire Station.
